Desserts - Golden Rum Cake
My family requests this rummy Bundt cake from me at all our get-togethers. The butter rum glaze makes it special. An easy way to glaze your cake is to pour half of the glaze into Bundt pan, reinsert cake, then pour the rest of glaze over the bottom of the cake. Let absorb well then invert back onto platter.

Herbs And Spices - Alabama Pulled Pig
Best if cooking is started the day before serving. Boston butt is the easiest to make on a small scale. The sauce skimmed off the top is very, very hot and can also be used to make terribly hot chicken wings.

Herbs And Spices - Dill Gazpacho
This refreshing soup originates from Spain and is served ice cold. The base of the soup is made with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and peppers. For a smoother soup, puree more than half of the vegetables. If you prefer it chunky - don't puree them at all. It's even better if you can leave this soup overnight to allow the flavors to develop.
